Gibanica, ingredients:
- 500 g of home-made twisted baked crusts,
- 500 g of cheese,
- 200 g cream,
- 4 eggs,
- 2 tablespoons fat for coating.
Gibanica, preparation:
- Grease the baking tray.
- Chop the cheese, add eggs and cream.
- Place one crust in a round pan, then sprinkle a little with melted fat. Then, add the second crust and pour the mixture of eggs, cream and cheese.
- And so on until everything is used up.
- At the end, put two crusts and sprinkle with fat.
- Bake in an oven heated to 200 degrees until cooked.
- I did not add salt because both the cheese and the cream were salty.
