COMPETITION FOR THE BEST GIBANICA OF SERBIA – Gibanica with chopped skins.
Gibanica with chopped skins, ingredients:
- 2 eggs,
- 1/2 kg of bark,
- 400 g of feta cheese,
- 1,5 dl yogurt,
- 2 dl milk,
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder,
- 1 teaspoon of salt,
- 1 dl of oil,
- 2 dl of sour water.
Gibanica with chopped bark, preparation:
- Mix oil, salt and sour water.
- Mix cheese, yogurt, eggs, milk and baking powder.
- Place 4 crusts in the baking tray so that they cover the bottom and hang over the sides.
- Sprinkle with 4-5 spoons of oil and sour water.
- Leave 1 crust aside.
- Roll up the other peels, cut them into strips and arrange them in a baking tray.
- Sprinkle with 4-5 spoons of sour water.
- Return the peels, cover with oil and sour water and spray the entire peel on top.
- Pierce with a toothpick and bake for 25 minutes at 200 degrees.
