Baskets with turkey.
- 250 g of turkey meat (finely chopped)
- 250 g of puff pastry
- 250 g of mushrooms (finely chopped)
- 4 dl sour cream
- 1 onion (finely chopped)
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of spices
- 5 pieces of eggs
- 5 pieces of pickles
- 100 g of mayonnaise
- Roll out the puff pastry, take out circles with a spoon and place them in muffin tins.
- Finely chop the onion and saute in a little oil, add chopped mushrooms and finely chopped turkey meat, saute everything together for about 10 minutes, at the end add salt, spice C and 2 dl of sour cream.
- Put about 2 spoons of filling in each mold with puff pastry, put in a heated oven at 180 degrees to bake for about 15 minutes.
- Meanwhile, cut boiled eggs, pickles into cubes, add sour cream and mayonnaise.
- Take the baskets out of the mold, cool them well and put about two tablespoons of filling on each one. Make brats out of puff pastry, cut a strip, fold in half, twist and bake in a heated oven for a very short time.
