Parsley cream - have you heard about it and do you know what it is good for and how it is made? To begin with, here is the recipe for making this cream.

ingredients:

  • 50 g of fresh parsley leaves, best if you have grown them yourself, or at least bought them from
    one who does not use chemicals in production
  • 120 ml of homemade olive oil
  • about 10 g of beeswax (about 6 teaspoons of finely ground wax, at
    check the density, the cream should be hard)

<strong>Preparation: </strong>

Fry the parsley in oil at a low temperature for about half an hour. Stir all the time and squeeze the juice from the leaves. After half an hour the leaves should darken. Then pour the mixture into a small jar, close it and leave it in a warm place for 2-3 days (on a radiator, electric stove...). You can add an essential oil such as lavender to the cream if you don't like the smell of parsley.

After 3 days, heat the mixture and strain it through sterile cheesecloth, squeeze the oil out of the parsley completely. Heat the strained oil again and add the beeswax, leave it on the fire for about a minute, as soon as the wax starts to melt, remove it from the stove.

Parsley cream has an extremely good effect on circulation. Namely, it can also be used for massage, which is why some essential oils are added. With a massage, you will better stimulate circulation. This cream is especially good for massaging the legs, because it softens and successfully removes visible capillaries. Parsley cream becomes multi-purpose if you simply mix other ingredients, such as panthenol, castor oil, vitamin B, to massage the hair roots and scalp.
