Potatoes in chakshires - snow is blowing outside, fire is burning and creating a romantic atmosphere. Prepare this dish easily and simply.
Potatoes in chakshires, preparation:
- Choose potatoes of approximately the same size.
- Do not peel the skin, but wash the potatoes well under water.
- Put it on a board and cut it into thin slices, but be careful not to cut it all the way through.
- Pour a little oil or fat over the potatoes so that a part goes into each slot, add salt and bake at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes.
- Towards the end of baking, sprinkle the potatoes with finely chopped bacon, crackers or whatever you like.
