Dough rolls or buns, or whatever you call them.
Dough rolls or buns, ingredients:
- 250 ml of lukewarm water,
- 40 g of fresh yeast,
- 500 g of flour,
- 2 tablespoons of sunflower seeds,
- 50 g of margarine and
- 2 spoons of sugar.
Dough rolls or buns, preparation:
- Put a teaspoon of sugar, crushed yeast and a teaspoon of flour in lukewarm water. Let the yeast rise.
- Combine margarine and sugar, then add water with added yeast, flour, sunflower seeds and knead the dough.
- Leave the dough to rise, separate it and remove it with a glass (moulder) or simply cut it. Leave it for 10 minutes for the soft drinks to rise.
- Pour oil or fat into the pan and fry the tenderloins.
