Kubeti - Suzana Mitić
- 1 dl oil
- 2 dl of milk
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 cube of yeast
- 100 g of toasted sesame
- a pinch of salt
- a basket of poppies
- about 700 grams of flour
- Knead the dough from all the ingredients and leave the dough in the refrigerator for 20 minutes. Roll out the crust to a quarter of the thickness of your finger. Cut the dough into thin strips, about 3 mm wide. Cut the strip with scissors into small cubes.
- Bake the dough at 220 C. When it is browned, shake the tray and mix it with a ladle several times, so that it does not stick to each other. While it is hot, pour over 2 ladles of oil, a little salt and a little herbs.
