Kuglof - Verica Poznanović - Recipes and Cookbook online

Kugloff.

Kuglof, ingredients:

  • 4 eggs,
  • 5 spoons of sugar,
  • 2 bags of vanilla sugar,
  • 100 g of butter,
  • 2 bananas,
  • 100 g of candied fruit,
  • 1 baking powder,
  • 7 spoons of flour and
  • 100 g of prunes.

Kugloff, preparation:

  • Beat eggs and sugar, add vanillin sugar, butter and flour. Combine everything well.
  • Add prunes, chopped bananas, candied fruit and finally baking powder.
  • Grease and lightly flour the kugloff mold.
  • Turn on the oven at 180°C (do this when you start pouring the mass into the mold, by the time you finish pouring, the oven will heat up) and bake the kuglof.
  • Test with a wooden stick whether the kuglof is baked, if the dough does not stick to the stick, it is baked.
  • Leave in the mold to cool.
  • Serve the kuglof, sprinkled with a little powdered sugar. In fact, decorate the kuglof according to your current inspiration.
