Kugloff.
Kuglof, ingredients:
- 4 eggs,
- 5 spoons of sugar,
- 2 bags of vanilla sugar,
- 100 g of butter,
- 2 bananas,
- 100 g of candied fruit,
- 1 baking powder,
- 7 spoons of flour and
- 100 g of prunes.
Kugloff, preparation:
- Beat eggs and sugar, add vanillin sugar, butter and flour. Combine everything well.
- Add prunes, chopped bananas, candied fruit and finally baking powder.
- Grease and lightly flour the kugloff mold.
- Turn on the oven at 180°C (do this when you start pouring the mass into the mold, by the time you finish pouring, the oven will heat up) and bake the kuglof.
- Test with a wooden stick whether the kuglof is baked, if the dough does not stick to the stick, it is baked.
- Leave in the mold to cool.
- Serve the kuglof, sprinkled with a little powdered sugar. In fact, decorate the kuglof according to your current inspiration.
