Kuglof, such a beautiful cake and it is made in such a simple and quick way. You can eat it at any time of the day and with any drink.

Kuglof, as breakfast with milk, coffee, for snack or dinner with a glass of wine or liqueur. According to some unwritten rule, chocolate kuglof is served with red wine or coffee, while yellow kuglof is served with white wine or tea. Sprinkled with powdered sugar, covered with chocolate, without any toppings, a unique cake.

Kuglof, enjoyment in every bite!!!

Kuglof, ingredients:

  • 3 haha,
  • 100 g of sugar,
  • 2 vanilla sugar,
  • 100 g of poppy seeds (I did not grind them),
  • 1dl of oil,
  • 1 medium-sized apple, grated
  • 3 cups of flour i
  • 1 baking powder.

Kugloff, preparation:

  • Heat the oven to 180°C.
  • Grease and flour the kugloff mold.
  • Beat eggs and sugar, add vanilla sugar, oil, poppy seeds, grated apple, baking powder and flour. Mix everything well and put it in a mold.
  • Bake for about 35 minutes or until it is baked, depending on the oven.
  • Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
