Muffins from three types of flour.

Muffins from three types of flour, ingredients:

  • 1 cup of buckwheat flour,
  • half a cup of rye flour,
  • half a cup of spelled flour,
  • 1 teaspoon of salt,
  • 4 tablespoons of oil,
  • 2 tablespoons of pumpkin seeds,
  • 1 tablespoon of sunflower seeds,
  • 220 ml of sour water and
  • 1 teaspoon of dry yeast.

Muffins from three types of flour, preparation:

  • Mix all the ingredients, buckwheat flour, rye flour, spelled flour, salt, oil, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, add dry yeast and finally sour water.
  • Mix well and pour into a muffin tin, filling the tin ¾ full.
  • Be sure to oil the muffin cups if you are not using paper cups.
  • Bake for about 25 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius.
