Muffins from three types of flour.
Muffins from three types of flour, ingredients:
- 1 cup of buckwheat flour,
- half a cup of rye flour,
- half a cup of spelled flour,
- 1 teaspoon of salt,
- 4 tablespoons of oil,
- 2 tablespoons of pumpkin seeds,
- 1 tablespoon of sunflower seeds,
- 220 ml of sour water and
- 1 teaspoon of dry yeast.
Muffins from three types of flour, preparation:
- Mix all the ingredients, buckwheat flour, rye flour, spelled flour, salt, oil, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, add dry yeast and finally sour water.
- Mix well and pour into a muffin tin, filling the tin ¾ full.
- Be sure to oil the muffin cups if you are not using paper cups.
- Bake for about 25 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius.
