Projara - Vesna Pavlović - Recipes and Cookbook online

Projara, a traditional dish, proven good recipe.

Projara, ingredients:

  • 3 eggs,
  • 3 cups of milk,
  • 1 cup oil,
  • 3 cups of spelled flour,
  • 3 cups wheat flour,
  • 1 bag of baking powder,
  • 200 g of cheese,
  • salt to taste.

Projara, preparation:

  • Beat the eggs with a mixer, add milk, oil, projna flour, then turn off the mixer.
  • Stir in wheat flour mixed with baking powder, add cheese, salt and gently mix everything with a hand whisk to combine all the ingredients.
  • Pour the mixture into an oiled pan (medium size) and bake in a well-heated oven at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.

Note:

Measure the milk, oil, spelled flour and wheat flour with a small cup for black coffee.
