Projara, a traditional dish, proven good recipe.
Projara, ingredients:
- 3 eggs,
- 3 cups of milk,
- 1 cup oil,
- 3 cups of spelled flour,
- 3 cups wheat flour,
- 1 bag of baking powder,
- 200 g of cheese,
- salt to taste.
Projara, preparation:
- Beat the eggs with a mixer, add milk, oil, projna flour, then turn off the mixer.
- Stir in wheat flour mixed with baking powder, add cheese, salt and gently mix everything with a hand whisk to combine all the ingredients.
- Pour the mixture into an oiled pan (medium size) and bake in a well-heated oven at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.
Note:
Measure the milk, oil, spelled flour and wheat flour with a small cup for black coffee.
