Muffin recipe, you can always start with this basic muffin recipe and add a new ingredient for different versions. Blueberry Variation: Add 1 cup of blueberries to the base recipe.
- 2 cups of flour
- 3 teaspoons of baking powder
- 0,5 teaspoons of salt
- 0,75 cup sugar
- 1 piece of egg
- 1 cup of milk
- 0,25 cup oil
- Preheat the oven to 205 C. In a large mixing bowl, mix the flour, baking powder and salt well, so that it is even. Make indentations in the middle.
- In a small bowl, beat one egg. Add milk and oil. Mix well.
- Add the egg, milk and oil mixture to the flour mixture. Beat well with a fork. Let it stand for 5 minutes.
- Pour batter into paper muffin cups. Bake for about 25 minutes, until the muffins are golden.
