Macaroni with apple and carrot sauce - macaroni is introduced to babies after 8 months. Depending on the baby's allergy and tolerance to gluten, so should your choice of macaroni. They are grateful because they allow many combinations. And here is a sweet one.
- 1 handful of macaroni (optional)
- 1 piece of carrot (finely chopped)
- 1 apple (cut into slices)
- cinnamon
- olive oil
- You can cook everything together and add the apple towards the end.
Peel and cut the apple and carrot. - Add a few drops of olive oil to the water and then the carrot.
- When the water boils, add the macaroni. And depending on the macaroni, cook for 6-14 minutes.
- 5 minutes before the macaroni is ready, add the apple.
- Strain and you can pass it through cold water if you are in a hurry and don't have time to wait for it to cool down gradually.
- Put everything together in a blender with a little cinnamon and mix until you get a uniform paste that will have the texture of macaroni.
- Serve to the baby, making sure to check the temperature beforehand.
