Gingerbread without honey.

Gingerbread without honey:

  • 330 g of flour,
  • 1 teaspoon of baking soda,
  • half a teaspoon of cinnamon,
  • a pinch of cloves,
  • a quarter of a teaspoon of nutmeg,
  • 170 g of margarine,
  • 250 g of sugar and
  • 1 egg.

Gingerbread without honey, preparation:

  • Sift flour with baking soda, beat margarine with sugar, add egg, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg and prepared flour.
  • Mix the dough well, spread it to the thickness of your little finger, remove the rings with a glass. More or less according to your taste.
  • Arrange the gingerbreads in the pan, leaving a gap between them so they don't stick together.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about twenty minutes, or until they are baked.
