Gingerbread recipe for gingerbread that can stand longer - long-lasting gingerbread. Gingerbread recipe from an old family cookbook.

  • 0,5 kg of flour
  • 200 g of sugar
  • 2 spoons of honey
  • 100 g of margarine
  • 2 pieces of eggs
  • 1 bag baking powder (or a little baking soda)
  • vanilla sugar (to taste)
  • cinnamon (to taste)
  • cloves (to taste)
  • lemon zest (to taste)
  1. Beat margarine well, add eggs and sugar, then honey, baking powder, additives to taste and finally flour.
  2. Make the dough well, roll it thin to a thickness of 2-3 millimeters, and use a mold to cut out various shapes.
  3. In a well-greased baking tray, arrange the gingerbread with a gap and bake for 10-15 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius.
