Soft dough buns - Verica Poznanović - Recipes and Cookbook online

Dough rolls or buns, or whatever you call them.

Dough rolls or buns, ingredients:

  • 250 ml of lukewarm water,
  • 40 g of fresh yeast,
  • 500 g of flour,
  • 2 tablespoons of sunflower seeds,
  • 50 g of margarine and
  • 2 spoons of sugar.

Dough rolls or buns, preparation:

  • Put a teaspoon of sugar, crushed yeast and a teaspoon of flour in lukewarm water. Let the yeast rise.
  • Combine margarine and sugar, then add water with added yeast, flour, sunflower seeds and knead the dough.
  • Leave the dough to rise, separate it and remove it with a glass (moulder) or simply cut it. Leave it for 10 minutes for the soft drinks to rise.
  • Pour oil or fat into the pan and fry the tenderloins.
