The company METRO Cash & Carry Serbia will present itself again this year at the HoReCa Equipment Fair, which is held as part of the Belgrade Tourism Fair from February 23 to 26, where it will exhibit novelties in the assortment intended catererima. During the fair, at the METRO stand u Halls 2/level C will be organized culinary demonstrations and presented the latest trends in the preparation and serving of food and drinks, which will be presented by eminent chefs from Serbia and sveta.

At the METRO stand, eminent chefs from different parts of the world: Italy, the Netherlands, Hong Kong, Croatia and Serbia will perform exclusive presentations on the preparation and serving of dishes. Also, on this occasion, METRO has prepared special offers for its customers, and a special benefit is that during the fair until the end of March, a 10% discount will be granted on the entire range from the catalog of HoReCa professional equipment (www.metro.rs).

SATURDAY"SPIRIT OF THE EAST" The demonstration of the preparation of Asian cuisine specialties will be led by Tat Ming Fung, a famous chef from Hong Kong, with the support of young chefs."SPIRIT OF THE EAST - FINGER FOOD CONCEPT"

Preparation of finger food inspired by Asian specialties by the Junior Chefs Club and the culinary team of the METRO HoReCa center

SUNDAY"VIVA ITALIA"

Presentation of preparation of authentic Italian risotto. The demonstration of the preparation of the dish will be led by the famous Italian chef Roberto Ghiglia.

"AUTHENTIC TASTE OF ITALY IN SMALL BITES"

Presentation of the preparation of modern cocktail snacks using Italian ingredients. The demonstration will be led by young chefs from the Junior Chefs Club.
