Virus pandemic COVID-19 it disrupted the lives of all people, especially those who are already in an unenviable position, which is why it is necessary to provide them with support and help even after the end of the extraordinary circumstances.
METRO Cash & Carry Serbia recognized the breadth of the problem and, in cooperation with the Belgrade Food Bank, donated groceries to the residents Safe houses in Belgrade. The company also supported Society MNRO Zvezdara and sellers and magazines FACE-TO-FACE - who are frequently seen guests of METRO stores.
Also, in the midst of the pandemic, the necessary hygienic means were provided for the emergency services in Kragujevac, and a selfless team of health workers, who during the peak of the pandemic were on the front lines of defense and health protection for all Kragujevac residents.
