Ground turkey with gorgonzola - a simple and delicious lunch!
Ground turkey with gorgonzola, ingredients:
- 200 g grinders
- 400 g of turkey white meat
- 2 dl of neutral cream
- 2 dl of water
- 100 g of gorgonzola
- 100 g of cheese
- 180 g of sour cream
- so
- dry spice mix
- sunflower oil
Approximate preparation time 45 minutes.
Ground turkey with gorgonzola, preparation:
- pour oil into a heated pan
- put the battered turkey steaks in the pan to roast and salt them
- arrange 1/2 the millets in a baking tray and evenly distribute the pieces of gorgonzola
- fry the steaks and arrange the roasted turkey in a baking tray
- boil water and neutral cream in a pan
- season with salt and a mixture of dried spices
- arrange the rest of the millets over the turkey
- pour from the pan over the grinders
- then spread with sour cream
- sprinkle with grated cheese
- bake for 20 minutes at 220 degrees c
