Fragrant soft drinks - they are great even cold.
- 3 dcl of water
- 1 spoon of sugar
- 1 spoon of dry yeast
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of oregano
- 100 g of grated cheese
- 500 g of flour
- Put dry yeast and sugar in lukewarm water. Let stand for 5 minutes, then add 1 teaspoon of salt, 100 g of grated cheese and 500 g of flour. Knead the dough, make it and let it rise.
- When the dough has risen, roll it out into a plate 1 cm thick. Cut squares of the desired size (mine are 9 x 6 cm squares). Cut each square a little in the middle.
- Let them stand for 15-20 minutes and fry them in hot oil.
- Heat the oil (for me it's part 2 out of a possible 3), put the tenderloin on top of the oil and fry it on both sides until it turns yellow. When we put the mekika to fry, we must cover the pan while it is frying on one side, do not cover the pan on the other side.
It is best to fry in a narrower dish that can fit 2 soft-shells.
