Fragrant turkey roll - fragrant and juicy turkey. Enjoy with a glass of red wine.

  • 3 pieces of turkey carabatak
  • salt (to taste)
  • pepper (to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon of herbs
  • 4 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 150 g of sunkarica
  • 100 g of dry bacon
  • 2 price of garlic
  • 4 spoon of sour cream
  • 1 spoon of mustard
  • 4 pieces of carrots (cooked)

for the dressing:

  • 150 g of olive oil
  • 0,5 teaspoons of allspice
  • 0,5 green person (chopped)
  • 0,5 teaspoons of basil
  1. Bone the carabatakes and remove the prawns. I use a knife to cut the carabatake but not all the way to get a bigger steak. Repeat the procedure with the other carabatak. Put the dripping meat in a plastic bag and beat it lightly with a pestle. Take it out of the bag, pour olive oil, salt, pepper, crush the garlic and coat it with mustard. Leave the meat to rest for 30 minutes. After that time, put foil on the work surface and over the foil marinated dripping meat Arrange the dry bacon over the meat, and the sunkarica over the bacon. Coat the sunkarica with cream and arrange the cooked sorghum in two rows. When you cook the sorghum, it is enough to boil it for 5 minutes, because it will also be cooked later during baking. Roll the entire roll with the help of foil and tighten it .Repeat the procedure with the other carabatak. Arrange them in a tray, cover with foil and bake at 180 for 45 minutes. After that time, make a dressing of olive oil, spices, parsley and basil. Remove the foil and pour over the rolls. Increase the temperature to 200 C and occasionally pour the hot dressing over the rolls with a ladle. Bake for another 30 minutes. Let them cool down well and cut into slices.
  2. Curetina prepared in this way is very tasty, juicy and fragrant. Enjoy the taste. Pleasant.
