Moussaka with chicken schnitzel - Slađana Šćekić
- 500 g of chicken steak
- 500 g of roasted paprika
- 500 g of potatoes
- 100 g of corn
- 3 larger carrots
- 2 large onions
- DRESSING:
- 4 eggs
- 200 ml milk
- Arrange the cleaned and sliced potatoes on the bottom of the oven, season and then put the cleaned peppers and season them.
- On top of the peppers, place the white chicken steaks, lightly fried on one side and on the other.
- Put the fried onion cut into ribs together with the carrot that we cut into rings and add the corn over the steak. Season with pepper and spices.
- Arrange the sliced peppers on top of the moussaka. Bake for 45 minutes. at 180.C.
- Toward the end of baking, cover the moussaka with beaten eggs and milk.
