Moussaka - a good recipe!
Moussaka, ingredients:
- 500 g of minced mixed meat
- 300 g of onion
- 1,5 kg of white potatoes
- 3 eggs
- 3 dl of milk
- sunflower oil
- so
- beaver
- dried spices
Approximate preparation time 120 minutes.
Moussaka, preparation:
- Fry the onion in oil.
- Salt and pepper it.
- While the onion is frying, heat the baking sheet.
- Arrange potatoes cut into rings in a baking tray.
- When you have covered the bottom of the pan with potatoes, season it with salt, pepper and dry spices.
- Cut the rest of the potatoes into rings.
- Add the meat to the fried onion.
- Add the dried spice and fry the meat.
- Put the fried meat in a pan over the potatoes.
- Arrange the rest of the potatoes on the baking sheet over the meat.
- Season everything with salt, pepper and dry spices.
- Cover with foil.
- Bake for 45 minutes at 220 degrees C.
- Beat eggs and milk, seasoned with salt and pepper.
- Pour over the moussaka.
- Bake without foil for another 40-45 minutes at 220 degrees C.
- Pleasant!
