Moussaka - a good recipe!

Moussaka, ingredients:

  • 500 g of minced mixed meat
  • 300 g of onion
  • 1,5 kg of white potatoes
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 dl of milk
  • sunflower oil
  • so
  • beaver
  • dried spices

    Approximate preparation time 120 minutes.

Moussaka, preparation:

  • Fry the onion in oil.
  • Salt and pepper it.
  • While the onion is frying, heat the baking sheet.
  • Arrange potatoes cut into rings in a baking tray.
  • When you have covered the bottom of the pan with potatoes, season it with salt, pepper and dry spices.
  • Cut the rest of the potatoes into rings.
  • Add the meat to the fried onion.
  • Add the dried spice and fry the meat.
  • Put the fried meat in a pan over the potatoes.
  • Arrange the rest of the potatoes on the baking sheet over the meat.
  • Season everything with salt, pepper and dry spices.
  • Cover with foil.
  • Bake for 45 minutes at 220 degrees C.
  • Beat eggs and milk, seasoned with salt and pepper.
  • Pour over the moussaka.
  • Bake without foil for another 40-45 minutes at 220 degrees C.
  • Pleasant!
