COCOA-HONEY CAKE (lean) - Slađana Šćekić
Cocoa-honey cake - Lenten cake very beautiful and very tasty...
Ingredients
- 150 ml of water
- 50 ml of oil
- 1 teaspoon of yeast
- 1/2 baking powder
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 300 g of flour
- File:
- 2 spoons of honey
- 3 spoons of sugar
- 1 tablespoon of rum
- 10 tablespoon flour
- 1/2 baking powder
- 1 dl oil
- 1,5 dl of sour water
- 2 spoons of cocoa
- 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
- 4 tablespoons jam (apricot)
- 4 tablespoons walnuts (ground)
Preparation
Step 1
Knead the dough from the given ingredients and let the dough rest for 10 minutes. Then knead the dough well and divide it into two equal parts.
Step 2
Roll out the first part of the dough and put it in a greased pan, spread the dough with 2 tablespoons of jam and two tablespoons of filling (without baking soda). Put the second developed crust over the filling and spread it with two spoons of jam and put the whole filling on top (and put baking soda). Bake the cake at 180°C for about 25 minutes.
Step 3
Spread a thin layer of jam on the baked cake and put ground walnuts on top.
