Salted Raphael balls - Zuzana Grnja
Salted raffaello balls – a decorative and delicious appetizer!
Ingredients
- 500 g of Srem cheese
- 100 g of salted roasted peanuts
- 200 g of roasted sesame seeds
- 100 g of wheat germ
- For decoration - a little coarsely ground pepper, flax seeds, paprika, grated carrot
Preparation
Step 1
Mash the cheese with a fork, add sesame seeds and wheat germ, then mix everything into a compact mixture.
Step 2
Shape the mixture into walnut-sized balls. Put a whole peanut in the middle of each one, then divide them into four piles.
Step 3
Roll one in coarsely ground pepper, the second in flax seeds, the third in paprika and the fourth in finely grated sorghum.
Step 4
Place the finished balls in paper baskets. Put them in the refrigerator to cool down and harden.
