Neapolitan cake - Marija Mirković

  • Bark:
  • 8 egg whites
  • 8 spoon of sugar
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 10 spoons of ground walnuts
  • File:
  • 8 egg yolks
  • 8 spoon of sugar
  • 4 vanilla puddings
  • 1300 ml milk
  • 300 g of margarine
  • 300 g powdered sugar
  • 300 g hazelnut-flavored wafers
  • 150 g of chocolate
  • 100 g of whipped cream
  1. Beat egg whites with sugar with a mixer, add walnuts and flour and pour into a pan (41x27 cm) lined with baking paper. Bake at 180 degrees.
  2. Beat egg yolks with sugar, add 4 vanilla puddings, beat with a wire so that there are no lumps and cook in milk. Leave to cool. Beat margarine with powdered sugar and combine with cold filling. Divide it into 2 parts and add grated wafers to the first. Add the melted chocolate to the second part.
  3. Filling: Crust - wafer filling - chocolate filling - whipped cream.
