Neapolitan cake - Marija Mirković
- Bark:
- 8 egg whites
- 8 spoon of sugar
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 10 spoons of ground walnuts
- File:
- 8 egg yolks
- 8 spoon of sugar
- 4 vanilla puddings
- 1300 ml milk
- 300 g of margarine
- 300 g powdered sugar
- 300 g hazelnut-flavored wafers
- 150 g of chocolate
- 100 g of whipped cream
- Beat egg whites with sugar with a mixer, add walnuts and flour and pour into a pan (41x27 cm) lined with baking paper. Bake at 180 degrees.
- Beat egg yolks with sugar, add 4 vanilla puddings, beat with a wire so that there are no lumps and cook in milk. Leave to cool. Beat margarine with powdered sugar and combine with cold filling. Divide it into 2 parts and add grated wafers to the first. Add the melted chocolate to the second part.
- Filling: Crust - wafer filling - chocolate filling - whipped cream.
