Orange muffins - a dessert that will delight every guest. Try it, I'm sure you'll like it 🙂
- 0,5 cups of sugar
- 0,5 cups oil
- 3 pieces of eggs
- 1 cup of orange juice
- 2 cups flour (sifted)
- 1 bag of baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 150 g cooking chocolate (coarsely chopped)
- 3 pieces of orange
- 1 spoon of orange-flavored sugar
- Squeeze the oranges to get a cup of juice and grate the peel. Pour the flour, baking powder and salt into a bowl and mix well. Separately, beat the eggs, sugar and a spoonful of sugar with the aroma of oranges. When the mixture becomes foamy, add the liquid ingredients and beat with a mixer at the slowest speed. gradually add a spoonful of the prepared flour. When all the ingredients are combined, mix in the grated orange peel and chopped chocolate. Arrange the paper baskets in the muffin tin and fill them 2/3 with the prepared mixture. Bake them at 180 C for 20 minutes. Pleasant.
