Unusual pie - Marija Mirković
Unusual pie, ingredients:

- 300 g of flour
- 150 g of fat
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 4 tablespoons of water
File:
- 3 medium boiled potatoes
- 6 eggs
- 200 g of bacon
- 2 young onions
- 3 tablespoons sour cream
- 50 ml milk
- salt and pepper to taste
Unusual pie - preparation:
- For the dough - mix flour, fat and salt with your hands, then slowly add water until you get a nice dough. Knead it on a floured surface and divide it into two parts - 2/3 for the bottom of the pan and 1/3 for the top (for decoration). Cover with aluminum foil. Leave in the fridge for an hour.
- Heat the oven to 200C. Cover the pan with baking paper. Press most of the dough into the bottom of the pan, covering the sides as well. Cover the bottom with bacon, then with rings of boiled potatoes. Spread 6 broken eggs over the potatoes, then chop the onion. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Whip the cream and milk and pour between the egg yolks. Roll out the remaining dough, then make narrow strips. Arrange them crosswise over the eggs. Place in the oven and bake for about 15 minutes. Reduce the temperature to 180C and bake for another 30 minutes.
