Different kind of luxury in the heart of Belgrade

Hotel Zepter, the first high-category apartment hotel in Belgrade, is located in the heart of the city, on Terazije. Although it is located in the middle of the city bustle, the hotel represents a real oasis of peace, unobtrusive beauty, comfort and sophisticated luxury. The specificity of this hotel lies in the consistent application of the Zepter health mission.

On the ground floor of Zepter Hotel there are: reception, Smart Life restaurant with a varied and healthy menu, Snack bar where breakfast is served and Zepresso Aperitif bar with a wide range of drinks and Zepresso coffee aroma. The mezzanine is home to the Zepter Conference hall, a multifunctional hall that can meet guests' requirements for various types of meetings. On the second floor, there is the Joy-Me terrace, ideal for various open-air receptions, with a capacity of up to 80 people. The rooms and apartments are located from the first to the sixth floor, while the last, seventh floor houses the SmartLife Fitness center - an ideal place to keep fit, a library and the imposing Horizont terrace, ideal for open-air receptions, which can host up to 100 people.

It is interesting that in this hotel, thanks to a special air purification system, guests in the middle of the city breathe fresh mountain air, and in the rooms they are exposed to the beneficial effect of Bioptron light.

"We wanted Hotel Zepter to be the healthiest place you can find in the center of Belgrade. We have invested around 700.000 euros in all the necessary equipment in order to provide our guests with a completely healthy environment. These include state-of-the-art water purification systems, special dishes in which food is prepared without oil, special devices for air purification and Bioptron lamps for light therapy. Water purification systems do not use electricity, and the use of Zepter cookware in the kitchen doubles the consumption of electricity, thus making our contribution to saving water and preserving the environment," said the general manager of the hotel, Đorđe Rašić.

"All food already has all the necessary amounts of fat, water or salt." When it is prepared in this way, the food retains its natural taste and composition and it is not necessary to add spices, which are harmful in excessive amounts," said Uroš, showing that modern chefs must have many talents and be good performers.

"We cannot change unhealthy habits overnight, but we can offer a healthy environment that will inspire our guests to take care of themselves even when they are not in our hotel," concluded Director Rašić.

Healthy water, better tea

The hosts prepared for the journalists an interesting demonstration of the quality of the water that guests of Hotel Zepter drink. They put a bag of chamomile tea in identical glasses and poured three types of water over them: bottled water, so-called tap water, and water purified in a Zepter device. The journalist's innate skepticism was disproved by the senses of sight and taste. The tea poured with water from the Zepter machine had a clear yellow color and crystal clarity, and believe me, the taste is different, incomparably fuller and more intense.

Strawberries, honey and balsamic vinegar

After an impeccably served and delicious rolled sea bass with salmon and vegetables, all prepared in a healthy, Zepter way, an unusual dessert was served that delighted us with an unusual combination of flavors - fresh strawberries in honey sauce and balsamic vinegar. Unforgettable!
