Oat bran buns - Jadranka Blažić - Recipes and Cookbook online
These buns belong to a complex dish because they contain eggs and cheese. Therefore, they should not be eaten often. It is enough to take the combination of eggs and cheese 2-3 times a month.
- 2 pieces of egg
- 70 g oat bran
- 50 g of young cheese
- salt (if the cheese is not salted)
- baking powder (a little)
- Combine all ingredients into a compact mass.
- I baked them in muffin tins, but you can also bake them on baking paper. I got 4 buns from this mass.
- You can take it out with a spoon, and I formed a ball with wet palms and dropped it into the mold. I baked in a silicone mold, so the temperature was 210C.
- I don't know how to specify the baking time, because it depends on how thick the dough will be, but I took it out of the oven when a wooden toothpick through the middle of the bun didn't stick.
