Waffle with semolina - quick to make, even quicker to eat.

  • 500 ml of milk
  • 15 spoons of sugar
  • 12 grits
  • 3 spoons of cocoa powder
  • 3 wafer sheets
  1. Put milk, sugar and margarine to cook. Add cocoa. Knead everything together to melt and combine. When it starts to boil, cook the semolina. Leave to cool for 5 minutes.
  2. During this time, place a damp cloth over each wafer sheet.
    When the filling has cooled a little, file three sheets of puff pastry and roll them into a roll.
  3. Leave it in the fridge to harden and then cut it into pieces.
