Waffle with semolina - quick to make, even quicker to eat.
- 500 ml of milk
- 15 spoons of sugar
- 12 grits
- 3 spoons of cocoa powder
- 3 wafer sheets
- Put milk, sugar and margarine to cook. Add cocoa. Knead everything together to melt and combine. When it starts to boil, cook the semolina. Leave to cool for 5 minutes.
- During this time, place a damp cloth over each wafer sheet.
When the filling has cooled a little, file three sheets of puff pastry and roll them into a roll. - Leave it in the fridge to harden and then cut it into pieces.
