On the weekend of October 15 and 16, 2022, the Belgrade Youth Center hosted great culinary masters who prepared his majesty BUREK. Apart from dough products, traditionally popular in all parts of Serbia, visitors could find many healthy, organic products from small food producers from all over Serbia.
For the first time at one of the TESTIVALS, a mini business event called TESTING #1 was held, primarily intended for small agricultural and food producers, but also for all business entities that are startups or feel that way. Branko Đaković, Miodrag Ilić, Vladimir Anastasijević, Nenad Dimov, MSc Jelena Petrović and Stevan Ignjatović shared their rich business experience and knowledge with all the visitors present.
The organizers owe a special thanks to all the demonstrators: great professionals and friends from the Metro HoReCa center, who led them Dr. Milica Aleksić i Nebojsa Veselinović. Then, to Vlajko Pešić, the head of the Korzo restaurant from Belgrade, Katarini Petrović - Kaji Gastronomad, which records the series Gastronomad for RTS 1, Dejan Ilić, holder of the silver medal from the World Cup in carving. Dear friends from the Association of Associations for MNRO of Serbia, they were again at the TESTIVAL and through the association with Dejan Ilić and learned how to make gibanica.
The main star of all workshops was BUREK and burek preparation master Vladimir Popović.
In addition to the workshops, TESTIVAL #5 was graced by two great discussion panels, whose participants discussed the intriguing topic: "HEALTHY FOOD?". The participants were: Dr. Sonja Veljović, Dr. Vanja Todorović, MSc Dragan Vukolić, Dragana Popov, Milijan Stojanić and Katarina Petrović Gastronomad.
