Olives and tahini in the form of a spread, they represent a nutritious and delicious combination. I had olives and tahini in the fridge.
That's how I came up with the idea of combining them. Herbs cannot fail during spring and summer because I grow them in the apartment.
I grow the following:
French parsley
Greek basil
Italian basil
Oregano
ingredients:
- 200 g of pitted green olives
- 2 tablespoons tahini
- spices to taste (pepper, oregano, basil, garlic, ginger)
<strong>Preparation: </strong>
- Combine all the listed ingredients and grind them with a stick blender or another food processor.
To taste, you can add vinegar, lemon juice... Or some other spice. - I put the mentioned spices in small amounts (1/5 teaspoon each if they are dried), and you can certainly adjust them to taste,
