The Swiss educational group Winsedswiss has launched an online education for everyone working in hotels and restaurants, with the possibility of obtaining the certificate of the best school in this industry: How large systems overcome the crisis.

HOW LARGE SYSTEMS OVERCOME THE CRISIS

Swiss Education Group Winsedswiss, which has branches in Switzerland, Romania and Serbia, offered the possibility of additional learning through the online training for managers and employees in the hospitality industry. Short-term and long-term courses are planned in this industry and its service branches, in order to provide support to all those affected by the crisis and the corona virus pandemic, which has led to the reduction of financial power and the declaration of a large number of technological redundancies.

Aware of the large financial losses, the large number of employees who have been declared redundant and the uncertainty that reigns in the entire catering and hotel services sector, the Winsedswiss educational group is launching online training for managers and employees in hotels and restaurants, called Hospitality Resilience Talks i Hospitality Resilience Journey. In April, they will be held by internationally known experts in English.

Within the program Hospitality Resilience Talks during the month of April they were organized online interviews with international leaders in hospitality and business. They speak  how their companies adapted to the economic recession, what solutions have they applied to restart the business and what advice do they have to overcome this period in the hospitality industry and its related branches.

After the first successful interview with Jean-Claude Biver, CEO of TAG Heuer, on Friday, On April 17, at 18 p.m., an interview with Elie Vannier will be available. President of Hovione Holding Ltd. and partner responsible for the European office of Chevrillon & Associés SCA. We are proud to say that these two experts are also members of the Winsedswiss Group Advisory Board.

The second part of the Hospitality Resilience Program is Hospitality Resilience Journey, which consists of a series of trainings, organized as webinars for middle and executive managers in the hospitality industry, and will be held by prestigious trainers from around the world on topics such as risk management, brand repositioning or renewal of marketing strategies. The first webinar will take place on April 21st at 17:00 EEST, the guest will be Mr. Paul Dubrule, founder of the ACCOR hotel chain and member of the advisory board of Winsedswiss.
