Pancakes from the oven - Zuzana Grnja

Pancakes from Zuzana Grnja's oven

  • For the pancakes:
  • 300 g of sharp flour
  • 2,5 dl of milk
  • 2 dl of mineral water
  • haha
  • 2 bags of vanilla sugar
  • File:
  • 500 g of cream cheese
  • 3 red roasted peppers
  • 3-4 pickles
  • a little salt (pepper, dry herb seasoning)
  • For topping:
  • 3 dl sour cream
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 2 egg whites (snow)
  • 200 g of cheese
  • a bit of salt
  1. Pancakes: Pour flour, salt, vanilla-sugar into a deep dish, add milk mixed with mineral water and use a mixer to make a smooth - thinner mass. If the mass is thick, add a little more mineral water and let it stand for 10-15 minutes.
  2. Heat the pan, oil it before each pancake, bake on both sides, until all the material is used.
  3. Filling: Cut the red pepper into quarters and the cucumbers into cubes. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cucumbers, then add spices.
  4. Spread each pancake with the prepared filling, cover with a piece of paprika and roll up.
  5. Grease the pan with oil and stack the pancakes side by side.
  6. Topping: Mix the sour cream with the egg yolks, add the snow from the egg whites, add salt and pour over the pancakes. Grate the cheese on top and bake at 220 degrees for about 20 minutes.
