Pancakes with carrots - let me say right away that the carrots were not thermally processed, because the pancakes are baked quickly, so we did not violate the chrono rule.
- 30 g carrots (baby)
- 2 pieces of eggs
- 1 pinch of salt
- 50 ml of oil
- 1 teaspoon of turmeric
- 150 g of almond milk
- 60 g chickpea flour
- 30 g spelled flour
- First, I beat the eggs and salt.
- Then I added oil, turmeric, flour and milk.
- When I mixed it all finely so that there were no lumps, I then added coarsely grated sargareps.
- The mass will be a little clearer, but let it stand for 1/2 hour.
- If the mass is thick, add more almond milk.
- You can use water instead of almond milk, and you can use any flour you want.
- I received 4 pancakes with a diameter of 26 cm
