Breaded chicken - serve the chicken with French fries
- 500 g of chicken meat (white meat, drumsticks)
- 3 dl yogurt
- 3 price of garlic
- 1 spoon of mustard
- 1 teaspoon of yellow sugar
- 2 tablespoons of chopped thyme
- 150 g breadcrumbs
- 40 g of Parmesan cheese
- 100 g chips
- dry spice
- beaver
- Combine yogurt, mustard, pureed garlic, marjoram, sugar and spices to taste, then mix well. Pour over the chicken and leave in the refrigerator to marinate for 60 minutes. Separately combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese and crumbled potato chips. Roll the marinated chicken in the breading mixture. Cover the baking tray with baking paper and coat with oil, then arrange
- breaded chicken. Spray with oil and bake in a heated oven at 200 degrees until golden brown.
