Peppers with minced meat, ingredients:
- 5 peppers,
- 300 g of minced meat,
- 1 large onion,
- 2 cloves of garlic,
- ½ bunch of parsley and
- spices to taste, salt, pepper...
Peppers with minced meat, preparation:
- Fry finely chopped onion and garlic in a little oil. Add minced meat and fry.
- Pour 4 tablespoons of oil and 200 ml of water into the baking pan.
- Cut the peppers in half and remove the seeds. Fill with the prepared filling, place in a baking dish and cover with aluminum foil.
- Bake for about 35 minutes at 200 °C. Remove the foil and bake for another 10 minutes. You can add some chopped hot pepper to the roasted peppers.
