Samsa - Verica Poznanović - Recipes and Cookbook online

Samsa - this is one of the many versions of samsa, the dish is cheap, quick to prepare and the taste is fantastic. Who loves dough, sour milk, garlic, samsa is made for him. This dish made me go crazy.

Samsa, ingredients:

  • 600 g of flour,
  • a teaspoon of salt
  • 100 g of fat i
  • 3 dl of water.

Topping:

  • 1 liter of sour milk,
  • 5 cloves of garlic,
  • pepper to taste and
  • salt to taste.

Samsa, method of preparation:

  • Knead the dough from flour, water and salt. Knead the dough on a floured surface, then divide it into nine equal pieces.
  • Roll out each dough separately to a diameter of about 30 cm.
  • One by one, coat the dough with fat and then cover with another dough. Do the same with the third dough, which is not coated, but just join the ends. From nine equal pieces, we get three equal tests by connecting them.
  • Using a rolling pin, roll out the skins we received, wrap them, then cut them into pieces, arrange them in a baking tray.
  • Bake at a temperature of 200° C for about 20 minutes.
  • (It can also be done this way, I like this procedure better. Spread the noodles with a rolling pin and coat them with grease. Then fold the crust prepared in this way, fold it from two ends and crease it, cut it into smaller pieces and place it in a greased baking tray.)

Topping:

  • Chop the garlic, add sour milk, salt, pepper and mix everything well. Pour over the hot samsa so that it is well soaked. Serve the well-soaked samsa.
