Peanut bars.
- 1 wafer sheet (larger)
- 200 g of sugar
- 8 tablespoon of water
- 125 g of butter (or margarine)
- 100 g of chocolate
- 200 g of roasted ground peanuts
- 100 g of coarsely chopped peanuts
- 150 g jelly bonbons
- 200 g of ground biscuits
- Cut the wafer sheet in half into 2 parts.
- Put 200 g of sugar and 8 tablespoons of water in a bowl, cook until the sugar melts, add butter and chocolate to melt, remove from heat and add ground biscuits, ground peanuts and chopped peanuts.
- Allow the mass to cool a little and add 150 g of cubed jelly bonbons of various colors, mix and put the mass between 2 wafers. Load it with something heavy and let it cool. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and cut into bars.
