Baker's kohlrabi.

  • 1 piece of kohlrabi (large)
  • 1 piece of red onion (large head)
  • so
  • beaver
  • dry herbal spice
  • crushed hot pepper
  • sweet red ground pepper
  • 1 teaspoon lard (full teaspoon)
  1. Clean the kohlrabi and cut it like a potato, put it in a pot, pour water, add a little salt and simmer for about fifteen minutes, if the kohlrabi is young like mine was.
  2. Drain, but don't throw away all the water, leave 2dcl of the water in which it was cooked, add salt, pepper, a little seasoning if you use it, hot and sweet pepper, onion cut into cubes and one small teaspoon full of fat that you will distribute in several places.
  3. Mix everything and put it in a heated oven to bake for about half an hour. The onions will melt, the kohlrabi will soften and absorb the spices.
  4. It melts in your mouth.
