Pie with nettles - the combination of the fantastic taste of fresh nettle leaves and sheep's cheese will delight your refined choice, and the smell and freshness of nature will spread through the home where this pie is prepared.
Pie with nettle, ingredients:
- 500 g pie crust
- 3 grams of nettle
- 300 g of full-fat sheep's cheese
- 3 eggs
- 2 dl yogurt
- 1 baking powder
- 1 dl oil
- salt as needed
Pie with nettle, preparation:
- Using gloves, wash the nettle, remove its leaves and immerse them in boiling water until they wilt. Then drain the leaves and chop them finely.
- Combine cheese with eggs, add prepared nettle, salt if necessary, mix in yogurt, half of the oil and baking powder.
- Separate half of the crust for one roll.
- Take the first crust, spray it with oil, put the second crust, which we also spray with oil. Place the third crust and arrange a quarter of the filling over it. Repeat the process until all the separate crusts are used, with the remaining quarter of the filling being applied to the last crust.
- Roll the phyllo crusts into a roll and place in a baking tray.
- Do the same with the other half of the crust.
- Before baking, spray the rolls with oil.
- Place the tray in a preheated oven and bake for 30 minutes at 200 degrees, taking care not to burn it.
