Pilaf with pieces of soy - Ivana Mitrović
Pilaf with pieces of soy - a quick lunch.
- 150 g pieces of soy
- onion head
- 50 g of bacon
- 100 g of carrots
- 150 g of rice
- primrose leaf
- olive oil
- 500 ml of water
- so
- beaver
- Finely chop the onion and cut the carrot into rings and fry in oil.
- Also finely chop the bacon and fry it briefly with the onion.
- Add the hydrated pieces of soy and rice, add salt and pepper, pour water and cook until the rice is soft.
- Towards the end, the pilaf was baked in the oven.
