Chicken liver in spicy sauce - Zuzana Grnja

  • 500 g of chicken liver
  • 40 g butter
  • 1 stalk of leek
  • spoon of flour
  • 1 dl of white wine
  • 2 spoons of sour cream
  • so
  • dry herbal spice
  • mustard to taste
  1. Finely chop the leek and quickly fry together with the liver.
  2. Then add flour, dry herbal seasoning and a little mustard.
  3. Reduce the temperature, add wine and a little water and cook on low heat for about 20 minutes, until the liquid evaporates.
  4. At the very end, stir in the sour cream and cook for another 2-3 min. Serve with mashed potatoes.
  5. Note: Do not salt the liver before frying, but after frying, and fry it for a short time because it will be hard after long frying.
