Chicken breast with yogurt and curry – a delicious and simple chicken dish with rice as a side dish.

Chicken breast with yogurt and curry - Željko Aksentijević
- 700 g of chicken breast
- juice of 1 squeezed lemon
- 1 clove of garlic
- 500 g of yogurt
- 250 g of rice
- 4 teaspoons of curry
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- Squeeze the lemon and peel the garlic.
- Cut the chicken breast into small pieces and put them in a bowl. Season with salt, pepper, lemon juice and a piece of garlic. Knead carefully and leave to stand.
- Make a curry yogurt sauce and a pinch of salt.
- Heat a tablespoon of oil in a large pan.
- Drain the chicken from the lemon and fry on low heat for about 20 minutes.
- In the meantime, boil the water for cooking the rice. Add salt and when it boils again, pour in the rice.
- Strain the rice when it is cooked "al dente" and mix in half a teaspoon of curry.
- At the end of stewing the chicken, add the yogurt sauce and mix.
- Serve with rice.
