Chicken pieces from the oven - Ivana Pešić
- 600 g of chicken meat
- 2-3 tablespoons of oil
- 7-8 spoons of breadcrumbs
- 4 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese

- Cut the meat into smaller pieces. Put it in a freezer bag, pour oil and salt
- and pepper. Close the bag, shake to mix everything well and put in
- freezer overnight. The next day, mix the breadcrumbs, spices and
- Parmesan. Roll pieces of thawed chicken in the mixture and
- arrange in an oiled baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven (220-250
- degrees), 6-7 minutes on one side, then turn the meat and bake until done
- blush.
