Chicken with mushrooms and risotto - Slađana Šćekić
Chicken with mushrooms and risotto - a very nice and tasty meal. Risotto and mushrooms give a very nice taste to the dish and chicken is something special....
- Chicken legs
- 250 g. rice
- 250 g. champignons
- 1 large carrot
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 dl. white wine
- 2 dl. water.
- Sauté the seasoned drumsticks in a little fat. When the drumsticks are ready, remove them from the pot.
- In the pot where the drumsticks were fried, add finely chopped onions and garlic, and diced carrots, add a little salt (to soften the onions).
- When the onion becomes glassy, add washed rice and gradually add white wine and water.
- Stew on low heat for about 20 minutes, then add the cleaned and chopped champignons - stew for another 10-15 minutes.
- Towards the end, season to taste... (Sometimes you need more and sometimes less water for the rice, it depends on the fire).
