Beetroot puree.
Beetroot puree, ingredients:
- 1 piece of beetroot
- 1 piece of potato
- 1 piece of carrot
- olive oil
- so
- turkey
- garlic, optional
- parsley
Beetroot puree, preparation:
- Peel the beets, cut them into cubes and cook until soft.
- At the same time, cook chopped potatoes and turnips in another pot until they also soften.
- When the vegetables are cooked, strain and set aside.
- Heat the pan and olive oil (now add garlic 1-2 pressed garlic if you like and fry a little) and add the vegetables and fry a little. Then add a spoonful of butter and let the butter melt on low heat. Mix and sprinkle as desired.
- Put everything together in a blender or use an immersion blender until it becomes a puree. Personally, a blender does the job better for me.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
