Rice and plums - another interesting porridge for breakfast.
- 50 g of rice
- 1 piece of plum
- Put the rice in the water to cook until it swells and is soft. Strain if there is excess water.
- Mash the rice with a fork as much as possible.
- Peel the plum and if it is ripe, mash it with a fork, if not, grate it on the smallest grater.
- Add the plum to the rice and mix well. If necessary, add a little breast or formula milk so that the porridge is not too sticky - this can annoy babies if it sticks to their palates.
- Cool and give to baby. Be sure to check the temperature before giving to the baby.
In particular, I used white rice for the risotto, but you can also use brown and whole rice or any large rice that swells nicely and is soft.
